Usage
Adults (including the elderly) and children over 1 year:
● Take one sachet after each loose stool
● Maximum of 5 sachets in 24 hours
● Use for up to 3–4 days
Babies aged 3 months to 1 year (under medical supervision):
● The daily amount depends on body weight
● Usual dose: 150–200 ml per kg body weight per day
● Give half of the solution in the first 8 hours and the remainder over the next 16 hours
● If vomiting occurs, give 5–10 ml every 5 minutes, gradually increasing as tolerated
How to prepare
● Empty one sachet into a glass
● Add 200 ml (7 fl oz) of water
● Stir until fully dissolved (the solution will appear milky)
● Always use exactly 200 ml of water

Warnings
Do not take Dioralyte Natural if:
● You are allergic to any of the ingredients
● You have an intestinal blockage
● You have severe kidney or liver disease
● You have phenylketonuria
● The patient is under 3 months old

Side effects are uncommon. Stop taking Dioralyte and seek urgent medical help if signs of an
allergic reaction occur, such as rash, swelling, or difficulty breathing.
